Crozier Decorative Arts (part of Crozier Fine Arts, a leader in the Art Transportation and Storage industry) is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to work in one of our facilities located in New York, NY.
Decorative Art / Antique Packing experience is a major requirement and candidates with this background are encouraged to apply.
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience packing and crating high value decorative arts, antiques and fine art
• Ability to accurately execute detailed paperwork
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Clean, neat appearance
• Direct employee’s in packing and moving of decorative art objects, according to established standards
• Responsible for maintaining accurate computerized inventory of objects in storage and in cross dock
• Responsible for maintaining accurate condition reports of items entered into storage
• Specify types of packing materials, crating, containerization, and special handling procedures for shipping and/or storing of art objects, antiques, and other valuables
The Warehouse Supervisor is a full-time position with benefits. The candidate will report to the Director of Crozier Decorative Arts. A full background check is required for employment.
