Red packing tape?

Hey all. We had a bunch of loans come in from all over (Albertina, Met, AIC, MFA, National Gallery) and everyone seemed to be using this red packing tape over their poly wraps. It seemed a bit lighter weight than the standard polypropylene packing tape we normally use, and seemed to stick really well to the poly wrap, but wasn't quite as tacky on many other surfaces. Any clue what it might be?
