The role of the PACCIN secretary is to provide proper management and utilization of important records such as the board of directors meeting minutes and organizational bylaws. This position is a member of the board and involves providing advice and resources to the board on governance issues as well as understanding and supporting the requirements for state and federal compliance and their amendments.

Qualifications
An active member of PACCIN and willing to be an active volunteer in the organization
Willingness to devote the necessary time and effort to the position, average 8-10 hours per month on PACCIN work
Attend the monthly board meetings and provide accurate meeting minutes afterwards
Ability to work as a team member
Four-year term with option to extend into another term
Knowledge of non-profit compliance is preferred
