2024 Preparators Conference: Speaker proposals and Registration dates

Speaker proposals for the conference are due this Thursday, 2/15. Go here for details, all you need is a basic outline of the topic etc to submit a proposal. We are accepting 5, 30, and 60 minute presentations. Got a Prep tip that you can share in 5 minutes or maybe a presentation on a topic you think the PACCIN community would appreciate and maybe benefit from? Our content comes from people like you, so consider giving us a proposal.

Conference registration:
Early-bird registration starts on Thursday, 2/15/24, for PACCIN membership only ($225). You will receive an email with the registration links.

Non-member registration ($250) will start on 2/26/24. The conference web page will be updated by then with the registration links.

Hotel group rates:
We have secured discounted group rates to a few hotels within a mile of the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art (ave rates $150- 200). They will be posted on our conference website page.

Conference Schedule:
May 15^th Museum Tour Day: Tours include access to the National WWI Museum and Memorial; The National Toy & Miniature Museum collections and the offsite NAMA underground storage facility. You must register and pay a $35 fee that covers museum access and box lunch (limited spots available). We will provide transportation from the NAMA to the museum tours.

May 16-17^th Conference at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art (NAMA). Schedule of the conference will be provided prior to the event.

May 16^th Evening Reception at Boulevard Brewing Company (free, but registration is required) We will provide transportation to/from this event.
