SFMOMA has an open Preparator I position at our Collections Center.
The Collection Center is an off-site facility that not only is the museum's main storage center, but is a dynamic space that houses a conservation lab, photo studio, viewing spaces and full-scale mock-up gallery. The Collection Center Preparator I will join a group of preparators, registrars, archivists and other staff stationed at the site who are charged with caring for and accessing SFMOMA's collection for internal and external researchers, staff members, and higher education students from around the Bay Area.
