Client Services Manager/Exhibition Coordinator
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 3-5 years fine art shipping exhibition for a recognized international fine art shipping company or major museum or gallery that includes hands-on experience coordinating international museum exhibitions. We are looking for a career –oriented fine art logistics professional who is committed to this industry and is looking for a company that offers career advancement. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills. We are looking for a leader- not a follower.
Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising all aspects of client services.
Administrating, coordinating, executing, invoicing and supervising shipments.
ESTIMATES:
Making sure that all estimates are properly logged in and responded to in a timely fashion. Ensuring that all estimates are accurate and executed in accordance with company guidelines.
Following up estimates in a timely fashion.
Making sure that our estimate “hit ratio” matches our sales goals.
JOBS:
Executing all jobs in a professional and timely manner.
Supervising others so that their job are done in a timely professional manner and are profitable.
Maintaining professional standards and protocol.
Billing out jobs within two weeks after completion.
PAPERWORK:
Making sure that ALL communications, both written and verbal are done in professional manner that meet company standards.
Executing all import and export documentation.
Maintaining job files and logs.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS:
Following up on jobs to make sure that client’s expectations are met.
Acting as an“inside salesperson” and encouraging others to do the same.
Helping to retain existing clients by providing superior service.
Helping to identify and develop new clients as the opportunity arises.
Other responsibilities to be determined.
