Purpose of Position
Position is responsible for reconfiguration and fabrication of museum exhibits as well as re-design and modernize existing museum exhibits, updating with latest technologies. Position will develop and create designs according to specifications agreed upon by Exhibits Department. Additionally, this position will perform research and develops methods for repair enhancements. Position is also responsible for installation of exhibits and exhibit components and will provide support with installation of fragile museum specimens and audio visual equipment.
