#1314-1140 CONSERVATION TECHNICIAN II. Full-time/ Exempt EEO 5A project funded position, approximately 12 months duration. The purpose of this position is to provide support for the Conservator and the Director of Collections Services on conservation work with objects from the museum's collection. Responsibilities: Work in a "visible lab" preparing objects in a setting visible to museum visitors. Requirements: An undergraduate degree in science, anthropology, fine arts or a related field. Artistic skills and ability to color match and produce basic drawings is required, and must be demonstrated in a treatment portfolio. Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour.
