Update
2020 PACCIN Rigging Workshop
Delaware Art Museum
Wilmington, DE Postponed to 2021
Important update regarding the 2020 PACCIN Rigging Workshop, scheduled for September 18-19, 2020.
Unfortunately, the spread and severity of the Covid-19 Coronavirus has continued to rise and intensify in many areas of the country, and those involved in the Rigging Workshop continue to be directly affected by travel restrictions, not to mention concerns about personal and group safety. With this in mind we made the decision to postpone the event until conditions are such that allow for travel and safe gathering. We do not expect conditions to improve soon, and are therefore not planning to hold the event within 2020. However, we are still in the position to postpone, not cancel the workshop. We hope to hold the event sometime in 2021 at the Delaware Art Museum, with a similar program and configuration, as conditions allow.
We have discussed the importance of this workshop as an in-person, hands-on event, and are committed to providing the best and safest experience possible for our registrants.
If you have signed up for the event and are willing to remain registered for when it becomes possible for us to hold it, you do not need to cancel your registration, but we ask that you let us know that are willing to remain registered. Please email membership@paccin.org to let us know. We will provide updates as we plan for new dates.
If you do not wish to remain registered, we will provide a full refund. We ask that you let us know as by August 31 so that we can process your refund. If we do not hear from you by August 31, we will assume that you wish to remain registered. If you are requesting a refund, please let us know which workshop day you registered for and who purchased the registration, and we will process the refund as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We hope to see you all in 2021 at the Delaware Art Museum for a safe workshop.
Important dates:
We ask that you let us know if you are wish to remain registered or not by August 31, 2020.
