PACCIN 2020 Rigging Workshop Update

To anyone who registered for the Rigging workshops in May.
Due to the spread of the Covid-19 Coronavirus, we are canceling the May 1 and May 2 sessions of the PACCIN Rigging Workshop and rescheduling for Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19, 2020. The event will remain at the Delaware Art Museum. We apologize for the inconvenience, but hope you can understand that we are all dealing with an unprecedented situation nationwide.
Anyone who registered for one of these workshops can reschedule to the new dates of September 18 or 19, 2020. You do not need to cancel your registration, but we ask that you let us know that you want to attend one of these dates. Please email membership@paccin.org to let us know.
If you need to switch days to accommodate the new dates (for example, if you had registered for Friday, May 1, and now need to attend the Saturday, September 19 event) please send an email with the day that you would prefer to attend and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please email membership@paccin.org with this information.
If you cannot attend the rescheduled dates, we will provide a full refund. We ask that you let us know by April 27, so that we can process your refund and release your spot to someone on the waitlist for the event.
Important note regarding hotel reservations:
The PACCIN group rate at the Courtyard Marriott Downtown Wilmington is in effect for the new September dates; however, if you made a hotel reservation already, you will need to call the hotel to cancel your April or May reservation and make a new reservation for the September date that you need. You can refer to the PACCIN group reservation block and you will receive the same rate as the previous reservation, at $109 per night. Rescheduling must be done by April 27 in order to not incur cancellation charges from the hotel.
If you cannot attend the event, you must cancel your hotel reservation by April 27 in order to not incur cancellation charges.

New deadline for reservations in the PACCIN discount room block at The Courtyard Marriott Downtown Wilmington for September dates of workshop: August 28, 2020.
New deadline for canceling reservations made at The Courtyard Marriott Downtown Wilmington for September dates of workshop: 48 hours before your stay is to begin.
