This person will report to the Head of Logistics and will help develop and implement training programs that assess and strengthen the skillsets of each crew member. They will work closely with the Head of Special Projects, Head of Packing and Crating, project managers, and schedulers to allocate properly trained crew and resources for multiple simultaneous jobs, all with competing demands and requirements of expertise.
