Salary Range: The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is the posted minimum to $37.50 hourly, with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
The Technical Supervisor, Exhibitions is responsible for the technical preparation, production, and installation of all time-based art exhibitions. Specializing in the field of AV installation for exhibitions, the Technical Supervisor, Exhibitions will help to ensure that all AV Exhibition services and installations are delivered in a manner consistent with Museum policies, strategic goals and professional standards. Collaborating and communicating with the Curatorial department and artists, the Technical Supervisor, Exhibitions produces all AV services, including vendor management and the scheduling of Part Time AV staff support as needed. Technical Supervisor, Exhibitions is a Project Manager of AV Exhibition solutions and upgrades to the Museum's technology infrastructure, and will also perform regular technical maintenance to ensure safe working procedures by addressing and escalating any safety issues as they arise.
